Simon Lever

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Simon is a results-driven senior executive with international health-and-safety and risk-management experience on remote and hostile sites. His wide-ranging skill-set includes: risk-management, security services, emergency-response, crisis-management, community-and-stakeholder engagement, mergers and hostile takeovers, training, aviation, legislative-compliance, infrastructure improvement projects, construction-project ownership and contractor-management.

Simon has provided strategic WHS advice to executive-leadership teams in some of the largest construction projects across Australia and Asia. He is a skilled negotiator and trouble-shooter, with broad-based experience in issue-resolution.

His proven leadership skills mean he is well-versed to build rapport, trust and influence culture within your business. Simon is also an experienced indigenous-project consultant who is adept at growing prospects for indigenous communities. Above all, Simon provides the practical tools and support to help you prevent accidents, protect your business and keep your people safe.

Wayne Hartely

Wayne is a management specialist with the practical knowledge and experience to re-focus business to make way for change and greater success. His experience spans across operational and executive positions at state and national levels including Queensland Fire and Rescue authority, CEO, Chief Commissioner / Director and Queensland Ambulance Services.

Jennifer Ritchie

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement working within the Mining, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Rail, Hospitality and many more industries. She has held various Senior HR, Recruitment and WHS positions, improving the areas of HR Management, EEO, HRIS and IR.

Jennifers experience spans the HR spectrum including identifying and developing talent for succession, organisational development, employee engagement, leadership development and leading and improving HR Operations. Jennifer provides HR Consulting guidance for HR compliance within the Fairwork framework for Small, Medium and Large Businesses.

She also provides EEO and IR guidance and supports assisting with compliance obligations and increasing employee awareness of EEO laws which may reduce behaviours that lead to complaints and litigation. She has a passion for people and process improvements helping stabilize HR and assisting companies to move forward with confidence.

Arron Mulder

Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation industry. Experienced manager and technical subject matter expert in Corporate & Airline based flying operations, Operations Management, Aircraft Maintenance, Flight Training, and Airports, UAS development.

Oversight of Regulatory Compliance and Management, External Safety Audit Oversight, Aircraft Planning, Route Planning, EDTO compliance, RNP/PBN assurance, Aircraft Performance Evaluation, Aircraft Introduction Team. Service Provider Tender Evaluation, Crew Management including DAMP & HF/NTS, Security Control Officer liaising with state and federal authorities. Qualified with an Air Transport Pilots Licence with training approvals CASA, EASA, FAA licenced.

Peter Peridis

Advisory board

Peter is a passionate healthcare-professional and accident-and-emergency-care specialist. Throughout his career, he is proud to have held positions which serve local communities or the security of Australia. Peter honed his investigation, analytical and problem-solving skills – and understanding of legislation – during a decade in the Police Force.

He built on this expertise within the Royal Australian Navy Submarine-Branch where he held high ASIO security clearances, then trained as a Royal Australian Navy Paramedic.

Peter’s Paramedic training was intense and isolated deployments meant limited access to doctors. He gained wide-ranging training in nursing and medical diagnosis, as well as the ability to initiate-and-administer appropriate, lawful medications and medical interventions. Peter continues his wide-ranging work in the health industry, which spans from high-level medical treatments and life-saving interventions to managing, teaching and mentoring staff.
